Integration With Tractor Monitor

With direct integration into the tractor task controller, all the features producers expect from a Bourgault seeding system are available.

The tractor controller manages some tasks such as mapping, variable rates, auto-sectional control, coverage sharing, and data management, while the BiC system handles the air cart and drill controls.

Actual Rate Verification

9000 I Series Air Carts comprise of 4 individual compartments, with the option of a 5th Saddle Tank.

DynaCal™ Live Rate Monitoring Takes Out the Guess Work

The 9000 I Series Air Cart will provide accurate application rate readings for individual tanks, on-the-go!

DynaCal™ will alert the Operator if there of any variations between live and calibrated product rates.

Never experience a nasty surprise at the end of a job! DynaCal™ will ensure your target rate is attained each and every field.

Note: DynaCal™ is not available on 8000 Series Air Carts

Each individual tank is mounted on three load cells.

Seed with Confidence

Each individual tank is mounted on three load cells to create the triangulating effect that removes induced errors from frame torsion, allowing for accurate on-the-go rate calculations.
The DynaCal™ application compares the actual rates to the target rate set by the Operator.
If the difference between the actual and target rates exceed a set percentage, a warning is triggered.
A new calibration factor, calculated by the DynaCal™ application is provided.
Large discrepancies will advise the Operator to investigate a possible mechanical issue.

Finish With an Empty Tank

Using DynaCal™, the Operator can revise application rate(s) near the end of the job so that the air cart is empty when the field is finished.

AccuSet™2 - Set Your Seed Depth with Ease.

AccuSet2™ On-The-Go Seed Depth Adjustment

Units equipped with a Quick Depth Adjust frame are available with the ground-breaking AccuSet2™ on-the-go seed depth adjustment option.

With ever-changing moisture conditions from field-to-field, and even within the same field, you now have the ability to "bump" your seeding depth accurately, from the seat of the tractor, allowing you to reach the moisture with ease.

Use Your Smartphone to Set Your Depth

With the incorporation of smart hydraulic cylinders, the AccuSet2™ option allows you to set the seeding depth of your QDA drill from the tractor seat with a smartphone. The AccuSet2™ option will let you obtain the best seed depth setting to maximize seedling emergence, on-the-go, in varying soil and moisture conditions.

Independent Bander Adjustment

The 3335QDA and 3545QDA PHD™, when equipped with PLX™ Openers and AccuSet2™, allows Operators to adjust the operating depth of the Mid Row Bander^® Fertilizer Applicators independently of the seed openers.
This is possible by taking advantage of the PLX™ one-to-one design and separate control features on the AccuSet2™ app.

In the event of a failure, the seeding unit can easily be set into standard QDA mode. A hand-ball valve located on the hitch allows the operator to isolate the AccuSet2™ option and use the shims to set frame depth.
